Congratulations on your admission! All of us at Chapman are here to help you prepare for college. The next step after admittance is to accept your offer of admission and pay your enrollment deposit.

As the semester approaches, you can also use our checklists to make sure you are on track to get off to a great start.

Students who were admitted in December will receive access to their Chapman email account and the Student Portal on January 2. The Student Portal is different than your Application Status page. You can learn more about the differences here.

+ - Admitted Student Tours | On-campus

Register for an Admitted Student Tour

Offered January 6 - May 1, 2020

Open to: Admitted first-year and transfer students and their families

Attend a brief presentation about the admitted class and Chapman University, a panel discussion with current students (bring questions!) and go on a tour designed for admitted students.

+ - Panther for a Day | On-campus

Panther for a Day (registration opens in late January)

Offered on Mondays & Wednesdays from February 10 - March 18, 2020 and Monday - Thursday from March 30 - April 30, 2020.

Open to: Admitted first-year students (Note: This opportunity is a solo experience for the student)

Experience a day in the life of a Panther! Visit campus, sit in on a class, get a meal in our dining hall with current students and make yourself at home.

+ - Preview Day | On-campus

Preview Day (registration opens in mid-March)

Open to: Admitted first-year and transfer students and their families

Preview Day is a campus-wide event for you and your family to explore Chapman: get to know our faculty; meet current students and admission staff; talk to a financial aid counselor and tour the campus and departments.

+ - Admitted Student Receptions | Off-campus

Admitted Student Receptions (registration will open in mid-March)

Offered in late March and throughout the month of April

Open to: Admitted first-year and transfer students and their families

Admitted Student Receptions are hosted regionally in cities across the U.S. You can meet admission staff and learn more about the Chapman experience. We'll be holding receptions in the following cities/regions:

  • Phoenix, AZ
  • East Bay Area, CA
  • South Bay Area, CA
  • Denver, CO
  • Washington, DC
  • Honolulu, HI
  • Chicago, IL
  • Boston, MA
  • Las Vegas, NV
  • New York, NY
  • Portland, OR

  • Seattle, WA

Admitted students and parents located near the reception will receive an email invitation when registration opens. 

+ - Admitted Transfer Experience | On-campus

Admitted Transfer Experience (registration opens in late February)

Open to: Admitted transfer students and their families

The Admitted Transfer Experience will assist you with next steps and help to answer your questions as you consider attending Chapman. The program includes:

  • A brief presentation from the Transfer Admission Team on next steps, summer advising and registration timelines.
  • An overview and introduction from offices that will support you throughout your time at the University, such as Academic Advising and Career & Professional Development.
  • The opportunity to hear from a current student about their transfer experience.

Join Chapman's Class of 2024 Facebook Group

Admitted students at Chapman University

As an admitted student, you can join our Class of 2024 Facebook Group. You can introduce yourself, meet other admitted students and ask or answer questions. Current students Jaden, Hannah and Allie will be in the group to answer questions. This group is exclusively for admitted students and you should only request to join after being admitted.

How to Accept Admission

To accept your offer of admission, you will need to pay your non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit. You can do this in your Application Status Page.

You’ll also have the option to pay both your enrollment and $500 housing reservation payment in one transaction.
