Congratulations on your admission to Chapman!

The Office of Admission is here to help as you prepare for college. The next step after admittance is to accept your offer of admission and pay your enrollment deposit. We also offer a number of opportunities for you to experience Chapman before you’re a student here.

As the semester approaches, you can also use our checklists to make sure you are on track to get off to a great start.

Pay Your Enrollment Deposit

To accept your offer of admission, you will need to pay your non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit. You can do this in your Application Status Page.

You’ll also have the option to pay both your enrollment and $500 housing deposit in one transaction.

+ - Admitted Student Tours | On-campus

Register for an Admitted Student Tour  

Offered January 8 - May 3, 2019

Open to: First Year & Transfer Admitted Students and their families 

Attend a panel discussion with current students (bring questions!) and go on a tour designed for admitted students. These tours will be offered from early January to early May 2019. You can learn more on our registration page.

+ - Panther for a Day | On-campus

Register for Panther for a Day

Offered on Mondays & Wednesdays from February 4 - March 15, 2019 and
Monday - Thursday from March 25 - May 2, 2019

Open to: First Year Admitted Students
Note: This opportunity is a solo experience for the student

Experience a day in the life of a Panther! Visit campus, sit in on a class, get a meal in our dining hall with current students and make yourself at home. Panther for a Day visits are available from early February to early May.

+ - Preview Day | On-campus

Register for Preview Day

Preview Day will be on Saturday, April 13, 2019. Check-in begins at 8:15 a.m. and event programming will conclude by 2:30 p.m. A detailed schedule of events will be in your confirmation email.

Open to: First Year & Transfer Admitted Students and their families

Preview Day is a campus-wide admitted student day event for you and your family to explore Chapman: Get to know our faculty, meet current students and admission staff, talk to a financial aid counselor and tour the campus and departments. 

+ - Admitted Transfer Experience | On-campus

Register for Admitted Transfer Experience

The Admitted Transfer Experience will assist you with next steps and help to answer your questions as you consider attending Chapman. The program includes:

  • A brief presentation from the Transfer Admission Team on next steps, summer advising and registration timelines.
  • An overview and introduction from offices that will support you throughout your time at the University, such as Academic Advising and Career & Professional Development.
  • The opportunity to hear from a current student about their transfer experience.

+ - Admitted Student Receptions | Off-campus

Register for an Admitted Student Reception

Admitted Student Receptions are hosted regionally in cities across the U.S. in late March and throughout the month of April. Chapman University representatives travel the country to hold receptions for admitted students and their families. You can meet admission staff and learn more about the Chapman experience.

Financial Aid

Make sure all your financial aid paperwork is in order. Don’t forget to file your FAFSA by the priority deadline of March 2. More information on financing your education is available on our Financial Aid website.
