Debbie began as the Assistant to the Department of Languages at Chapman in Spring 2007. After taking detours to live in the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest, she considers Southern California her home. Debbie has a B.A. in Comparative Literature and Education from CSULB. She is a former elementary school teacher and has been married for 35 years. Debbie has two daughters who live in the Seattle area that she visits every chance she gets. She enjoys power walking, yoga, going to the movies with her husband, finding recipes for him to cook for her, and reading the Sunday paper until noon with her golden retriever keeping her feet warm.
