Bachelor of Arts in English
English majors choose a program of study that specializes in one of three areas: Literature, Comparative Literature, or Journalism.
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing
This program combines literature courses and writing workshops to develop students’ talents as creative writers.
Minoring in English
Students may earn a minor by completing 18 units above Eng 104, at least nine of which must be upper division. Courses for the minor may be selected by meeting with a faculty advisor. Contact our department office for referrals to an appropriate advisor: (714) 997-6750.
