Next Steps...

For Interterm 2010 travel courses:

1.  Attend the travel course fair
Learn about Interterm 2010 travel course opportunities.
When:  Wednesday, September 16th, 2009
Location:  Argyros Forum Walkway
Time: 9:30am - 2:30pm

2.  Visit the Center for Global Education
You can learn more about travel courses and pick up the forms you need in order to enroll.  One form requires the faculty signature so you can also save yourself a trip and pick up the forms from the professor teaching the course.  We are located across from Papa Hassan's (428 N. Glassell). For full registration/application procedures, click here.

3.  Pay a $500 deposit
October 31st is the deadline to pay the $500 non-refundable deposit to the cashier for Interterm Travel Courses.  Payments are accepted throughout the summer and fall.  Courses will close when the maximum enrollment is reached, so put your deposit down as soon as you decide.  Check the website for updates. For domestic Travel Courses, the deposit is $300. **Please note that some Courses have different deposit amounts and deadlines. Contact Brad at The Center for Global Education for the most current information.

4.  Complete your file
You need to bring your completed forms to the CGE along with a copy of your passport and the receipt for your deposit (see #3).  If you do not yet have a passport, NOW is the time to apply.  You can apply at most US post offices or through the US State Department.

5.  Pay in full
You will be registered for your Interterm Travel Course by the CGE and will be billed through the business office.  You must pay your travel costs in full and bring your receipt to the Center for Global Education by December 14th, 2009.  There are no tuition charges for interterm travel courses.
