Turn in a signed Faculty Authorization Form and Pay a your deposit ($500 international $300 domestic) Your deposit and signed form get your name on the roster, completing step 3 and 4 below make your enrollment official. 3. Complete your application by the deadline (vary per course, see listing on interterm travel course page) 4. Pay in full by December 14 You will be registered for your Summer Travel Course by the CGE and will be billed through the business office. You must pay your travel costs in full and bring your receipt to Lauren Brown by December 14, 2011. |
