Next Steps...
For interterm (January) 2009 travel courses:
1. Attend the travel course fair Learn about interterm 2009 travel course opportunities. When: September 2008 (exact dates TBD) Location: AF Walkway Time: 10am - 2pm
2. Visit the Center for Global Education You can learn more about travel courses and pick up the forms you need in order to enroll. One form requires the faculty signature so you can also save yourself a trip and pick up the forms from the professor teaching the course. We are located across from Papa Hassan's.
3. Pay a $500 deposit October 31st is the deadline to pay the $500 deposit to the cashier. Payments are accepted throughout the summer and fall. Courses will close when the maximum enrollment is reached. Check the website for updates.
4. Complete your file You need to bring your completed forms to the CGE along with a copy of your passport and the receipt for your deposit (see #3). If you do not yet have a passport, NOW is the time to apply. You can apply at most US post offices or through the US State Department.
5. Pay in full You will be registered for your travel course by the CGE and will be billed through the business office. You must pay your travel costs in full and bring your receipt to the Center for Global Education by December 12, 2008. There are no tuition charges for interterm travel courses.
