Since campus planning for the new Center for Science and Technology has displaced the tennis courts located along Center Street, the time is right to design a new tennis center that will reflect the university’s commitment to its student-athletes and all who compete in NCAA Division III tennis.

Student-athlete alumna Erin J. Lastingter ’88 and the A. Gary Anderson Foundation have stepped up once again to make a transformational lead gift in support of Chapman University athletics to name the Erin J. Lastinger ’88 Tennis Center.  Located along Palm Avenue across from Marion Knott Studios, the $6 million Lastinger Tennis Center will elevate Chapman’s tennis facilities from the least impressive in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) to the very best.

You too can help to advance Chapman University Athletics by naming one of the Center’s many spaces in support of the Lastinger Tennis Center capital campaign. The space you name will be recognized in perpetuity, and your historic gift will strengthen the tennis program for generations of student-athletes, while enhancing the level of play for all participants in the SCIAC and the Chapman community.
