Ever wanted to try a fitness class like yoga, kickboxing, or zumba, but never had the chance? The Student Union offers free fitness sessions 6 times a week! Grab your friends and come get fit with the Union!

Mondays

7 p.m.. - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

7:45 p.m..-  Kickboxing

Tuesdays

7 p.m. - Yoga

8:30 p.m.. - Zumba

Wednesdays

7:30 p.m.. - Zumba

Thursdays

7 p.m.. - Martial Arts Presented by Chapman Martial Arts Club

Fill out the Waiver in advance!

+-Guidelines

Guidelines:

  • Check-in closes 10 minutes after the beginning of each sessions. - Chapman waiver required
  • Chapman students only.
  • Chapman ID required.
  • We suggest all guests bring a water bottle and towel.

Attire Guidelines:

  • Athletic attire required. No jeans.
  • Athletic shoes must be worn and can only be taken off with Fitness Session Leader approval.
  • We recommend guests avoid wearing baggy clothing.
