Undergraduate Forms Single Undergraduate Students: These forms are for both current and prospective undergraduate students interested in living in one of our five residence hall (Pralle-Sodaro Hall, Henley Hall, Glass Hall, North Morlan Hall, South Morlan Hall) or three on-campus apartment (Davis, Harris, Glass Hall) communities. Married/Family Undergraduate Students: These forms are for both current and prospective undergraduate students who are either married or wish to reside with family members in on-campus housing. Housing for these students is available in our University Houses and Glassell Apartments.
Single Undergraduate Students
New Student Housing Application (2008-2009) This PDF version of our housing application is available for newly admitted students who have not yet received their Chapman University username and PIN # which is required for logging onto the Online Housing Application. However, please note that the Office of Housing and Residence Life STRONGLY encourages that all housing applications for undergraduate students wishing to reside in on-campus housing be submitted online. To access the Online Housing System, students must have their Chapman University username and password.
Supplemental Application for Fitness/Wellness Themed Community Any student wishing to be considered for this themed community must complete this supplemental application and submit it via email. This themed community is located within Pralle-Sodaro Hall and all supplemental applications will be reviewed by the Resident Director of Pralle-Sodaro who will make the determination as to who will qualify for consideration to live in the Fitness/Wellness Community.
Supplemental Application for Substance Free Themed Community Any student wishing to be considered for this themed community must complete this supplemental application and submit it via email. This themed community is located within Henley Hall and all supplemental applications will be reviewed by the Resident Director of Henley Hall who will make the determination as to who will qualify for consideration to live in the Substance Free Community.
Special Housing Accommodation Request Form Any student requesting for a special housing accommodation must complete this form. In addition, documentation is required from the student’s Health Care Provider and must include all required information as outlined by in the Special Housing Accommodation Request Form.
Residence Living License Agreements (RLLA) The Residence Living License Agreement (RLLA) is the financially binding agreement between the resident and Chapman University for the entire academic year in which it is signed. The RLLAs below are specifically for the residence hall and undergraduate apartment communities.
