Please follow the links below to see an explanation of the housing rates for each of our living communities. Residence Hall Housing Rates Residence Hall Housing RatesEach of our residence halls has its own pricing and the rates are broken down by occupancy level (single, double, triple occupancy). While students are billed per semester, the rates on our Housing Rate Sheet are shown per academic year. Housing costs for the residence halls also include the cost of a meal plan.
Apartment Housing RatesEach apartment community has its own pricing which is further broken down within each community according to the size of the apartment (1 vs. 2 bedroom) as well as occupancy level.
