The University’s contracted lawn care and landscaping service, Valley Crest, will mow the front and backyards of university houses on the above scheduled days most every week. It is the responsibility of the house resident to provide unobstructed access to the lawn, pick-up pet waste, and have personal items cleared so that the service may care for the lawn. Valley Crest will not mow yards with pets that are out in the yard and will not mow if the area is not cleared.
It is the responsibility of the house resident to water their lawns, plants, and shrubbery. If you should have any questions regarding the lawn service, please contact the Houses Coordinator who will direct your call appropriately.
Facilities Requests
All Facilities Work Requests should be submitted online. No work orders will be taken in writing or over the phone unless it is an emergency. If you should have an emergency facilities request, contact the Residence Life Office if it is open at (714) 997-6603 or the Public Safety office after hours at (714) 997-6763. To submit an online Facilities Work Request, please visit the maintenance page.
