Single Graduate & Law Students: These forms are for both current and prospective single graduate students interested in living in either the University Houses or Glassell Apartments. Please note that (among all law & graduate students) priority for the University Houses goes to Married/Family Law & Graduate students while priority in the Glassell Apartments goes to single Law & Graduate Students.
Married/Family Graduate & Law Students: These forms are for both current and prospective law & graduate students who are either married or wish to reside with family members in on-campus housing. Housing for these students is available in the University Houses.

Any graduate student wishing to express interest in the university owned houses must submit this Waitlist Application Form. Applicants will be contacted if a property becomes available. If a property becomes available, a more detailed application form and credit check will be required.

Priority is given to single graduate students for this living area. Any graduate student wishing to express interest in the Glassell Apartments must submit this Waitlist Application Form. Applicants will be contacted if a property becomes available. If a property becomes available, a more detailed application form and credit check will be required.

Special Housing Accommodation Request Form
Any student requesting for a special housing accommodation must complete this form. In addition, documentation is required from the student’s Health Care Provider and must include all required information as outlined by in the Special Housing Accommodation Request Form.

Residence Living License Agreement (University Houses and Glassell Apartments)
The Residence Living License Agreement (RLLA) is the financially binding agreement between the resident and Chapman University for the entire academic year in which it is signed.
