Getting Involved at Chapman
While in college, you will spend approximately 15 hours a week in the classroom. The rest of your time will be spent studying, sleeping and, most significantly, exploring who you are, interpersonally and in relation to others.
Chapman University is committed to educating the whole student, spiritually, intellectually, physically and socially. The quality programs and services offered by our proactive Student Life Team contribute to your development and provide many opportunities for you to learn outside of the classroom (the co-curriculum).
What You Will Gain From Getting Involved ...
Students who get involved in co-curricular activities are more often satisfied with their overall college experience. They tend to achieve higher grades, maintain greater occupational success upon graduation, possess a greater sense of themselves and procure higher salaries after graduation. When you become involved in the activities and services provided by Student Life, you will have fun, and you will learn more about yourself and the world around you. All of this is entirely dependent upon your commitment and willingness to get involved in the life of the campus, its activities and programs, as well as the student services available to you at Chapman University.
