Welcome to Chapman University! We hope that you will take part in many of our Health related activities.
SECS is an educational program presented from a public health perspective and is also available for presentation. This program provides information regarding sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS. One of the program goals is to assist students in making educated choices by providing accurate information about risks, consequences and prevention in relation to this timely and important topic.

Stress Reduction: Stress is a part of life, there's just no getting around it. How we handle stress can effect every aspect of our life. If you would like to learn effective ways to cope with stress, call to set up a program for your class, club or group.
Choicepoints Lite is an interactive presentation that is part of our Health Panther Initiative. It is a very entertaining and thought provoking program that includes information related to wise decision making regarding a number of health related topics. The program includes campus resource and referral information.

Healthy Panther Initiative: Learning to make healthy decisions is not only an important part of a college education; it's essential to your achieving your personal and academic potential at Chapman. Chapman's healthy panther initiative embodies this philosophy and arms students with the necessary information to make informed, healthy decisions. The definition of a healthy panther includes
- a student who consistently makes informed decisions;
- a student who consistently respects his/her community and others;
- a student who, if sexually active, consistently practices safer sex;
- a student who is knowledgeable about alcohol and other drugs and the effects on the body and decisionmaking process;
- a student who develops a healthy plan for himself/herself and sticks with it; and
- a student who drinks in moderation or not at all.

Chapman's Walk Against Violence - asks men to literally walk one mile in women's high-heeled shoes. Each year, an ever-increasing number of men, women and their families are joining The International Men's March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault & Gender Violence Join Chapman men as they walk from the Attallah Piazza to the Orange Circle and back to Chapman - high heeled shoes.
