How to Register

Participation in Chapman University's Shakespearience carries no charge to your students or school. 

Step 1: Festival Registration
If you wish to attend the Festival it is important that you complete the  Registration early in order to secure a place in the Festival.  

After you register, we will contact each school by e-mail to confirm acceptance into the Festival and direct them to the online presentation form.  Entrance to the Festival is determined on a first come, first serve basis.  Preferential registration will go to schools who can participate both days. We will use online registration dates as the guideline in order to determine whose entry arrived first.   We will establish an Alternates List – as schools often have to cancel at the last minute - thus making room for other schools to be added.

Step 2: Festival Presentation
Information Form
If your school is accepted, you will be directed to a site to submit your Presentation Information Form online. This form specifies your entries, student names, play selections etc.  This information will be printed in the program and on the adjudication sheets, so please be accurate and update as needed.
