There are many levels to become involved in Chapman Safe Space.

1. As an identified ally: You can display a placard with the Safe Space logo upon completion of the two hour Safe Space Training Workshop. This allows others to identify you as an ally who can lend assistance and support.

2. On the listserv: You can sign up to receive information about the LGBTQIA community and invitations to attend further development opportunities. To sign up, email safespace@chapman.edu.

3. As a panelist: You can share your experience as a LGBTQI-identified person and/or ally during developmental workshops.

4. As a member of the Stonewall Discussion Group for LGBTQI Students: Stonewall is a confidential and supportive discussion group specifically for members of the LGBTQI community and those who are questioning their sexual identity. To find out when and where the next Stonewall meeting is, email safespace@chapman.edu.

5. As a committee member and trainer: You can market and promote Safe Space, help design and facilitate trainings, conduct outreach across campus, or maintain the evaluative process of the Safe Space program. Plus it's a lot of fun.
