Developed in 1968 by the International Student Travel Confederation (ISTC), the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) and the International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC) are:

• an internationally recognized proof of full-time student (ISIC) or teacher (ITIC) status
• accepted in over 106 countries
• your "passport" to over 33,000 discounts on travel arrangements, accommodations, museums, cultural events, entertainment at home and abroad
• an all-in-one communications package including phone, SMS, email and voicemail with ISICConnect
• the ISIC Premium card with additional insurance is also available at an additional charge

We highly recommend you purchase this internationally recognized ID card before you travel. You may purchase a card in the Chapman University Center for Global Education, an official ISIC issuing office, located at 428 N. Glassell St. (across from Papa Hassan's). ISIC and ITIC cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. Here's what you'll need to get your card today:

• a completed application (just fill in the highlighted sections and sign) 
• 1 passport-sized photo
• $22 or $68 for premium (pay the Chapman University Cashier and bring the receipt to the CGE)
• your current valid student ID card and proof of full-time student status
• verification of your birth date (passport, driver's license or other state ID)
