The Purchasing Department represents the University in the purchase of goods and services at the lowest prices and the best terms and conditions. We are the only department that issues purchase orders.

The department is responsible for assuring that procurements made are properly authorized and result in quality goods or services being delivered  at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the best possible cost. The department is responsible for assuring that procurements made are  in the best interests of the University and are made in compliance with University policy.

Our offices are located at 625 W. Palm in the same building as Facilities Management and University Services.
