Parking Services

Parking Services, a Division of Public Safety, is responsible for the implementation of the university parking policy set forth by the parking committee. Parking Services coordinates and regulates the administration of this policy with respect to vehicle registration and parking enforcement in an effort to provide safe parking for all members of the campus community and their guests.

Chapman University has a mandatory parking permit policy for all university constituents. This policy, mandated by the City of Orange, is designed to promote on-campus parking to lessen the impact on the residents living in close proximity to the university.

NOTICE:
Parking permits for the 2008/2009 Academic Year will be available beginning July 14, 2008.  You may register for a permit beginning on July 1, 2008. 

Hours of operation: 24 hours / 7 days a week

Parking is enforced 24 hours-per-day; 365 days-per-year.  Parking without a valid parking permit will result in a parking citation.  The 2007/2008 Parking Permits are valid until July 31, 2008.  The 2008/2009 Parking Permits are valid August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009.
