Parking Services

Parking Services, a Division of Public Safety, is responsible for the implementation of the university parking policy set forth by the parking committee. Parking Services coordinates and regulates the administration of this policy with respect to vehicle registration and parking enforcement in an effort to provide safe parking for all members of the campus community and their guests.

Chapman University has a mandatory parking permit policy for all university constituents. This policy, mandated by the City of Orange, is designed to promote on-campus parking to lessen the impact on the residents living in close proximity to the university.

Parking is enforced 24 hours-per-day; 365 days-per-year.  Parking without a valid parking permit will result in a parking citation. 

Parking permits for the 2011/2012 academic year must be requested on-line at www.chapman.edu/vr (Vehicle Registration link).  Permits are available for pick-up 24 hours-a-day in the Public Safety Office.

The parking waiver deadline for the spring semester is February 17, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
