Attempted Sexual Battery
DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: February 24, 2008 at approximately 1:30AM
LOCATION: Walnut & Glassell
REPORTED OFFENSE: An unknown male approached victim, put his arm around her and began to verbally harass the victim while grabbing her breast through her clothes. The victim screamed at the man to get away and he fled the scene. DPS and OPD responded and searched the area with negative results.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: (provided by complainants): Male Hispanic; Early 20’s; 5’8”; Medium Build; Close cut Brown hair; Gray sweatshirt; Black Pants
WEAPON USED: None Seen
SUSPECT VEHICLE: None Seen

REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Criminals do not want to be seen or heard. For that reason they rarely commit crime in front of law enforcement officers. We rely on the community to contact us when suspicious persons or activities occur. We would much rather respond and not be needed than to not be called when something could have been prevented. Trust your instincts; if something does not feel right, it probably isn’t.
