Sexual Battery
DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: February 12, 2007 1135 AM
LOCATION: Between Olive and Lemon on West Palm Ave
REPORTED OFFENSE: An unknown male, riding a bicycle, approached victim from behind and grabbed victim’s buttocks as he rode by. Suspect fled south on Cypress.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: (provided by complainants): Male Hispanic or Asian; short black spiked hair; teal short sleeve shirt; blue jeans
WEAPON USED: None seen
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Beach cruiser type bicycle

REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Criminals do not want to be seen or heard. For that reason they rarely commit crime in front of law enforcement officers. We rely on the community to contact us when suspicious persons or activities occur. We would much rather respond and not be needed than to not be called when something could have been prevented. Trust your instincts; if something does not feel right, it probably isn’t.
