Sean Bigley has taught criminology courses as an adjunct faculty member at Chapman University since 2012. His research interests include the intersection of human trafficking and national security law, as well as public corruption.
Outside of teaching, Sean has had a diverse and colorful career history. He served under President Bush in The White House – where he had the privilege of traveling with the President – and the Department of Homeland Security, was a decorated municipal police officer, and most recently worked as an investigator for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
In his free time, Sean enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter. He is currently working on his first novel – a fiction thriller.
