Biography

Christopher Brennan, D.M.A., completed his M.M. at Yale University where he was an active chamber musician coaching with the Tokyo String Quartet and studying piano with Donald Currier and Claude Frank.  Before finishing his Doctorate of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at the University of Southern California where he was a student of John Perry, Brennan worked as principal music critic for the Knoxville News-Sentinel.  An active chamber and solo musician in Southern California, Dr. Brennan is currently recording a second CD of flute and piano music with flautist Ruth Kasckow.  Also a composer, Christopher released a CD of his solo piano music titled "Stories."  He maintains a private teaching studio in West Hollywood.
