Adriana Hernandez

BM Instrumental Performance - Violin
Class of 2008

During her musical studies at Chapman University, Adriana Hernandez has had the opportunity to play in a violin master class for James Ehnes. As a sophomore, she participated in the San Diego Chamber Music Workshop. In the summer of 2005, Miss Hernandez attended the Meadowmount School of Music where she studied violin with Kathryn Votapek. Under the direction of the violin teacher William Fitzpatrick, Miss Hernandez participated in the 2006 Chamber Arts Fest and traveled to Paris and Normandy to give several concerts. In the same summer, Miss Hernandez participated in the Viola Workout under the direction of Robert Becker. Miss Hernandez currently studies violin with Professor Paul Manaster and she will graduate from Chapman University in May 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Performance and Music Education.
