Examsoft

For certain courses, students are given the convenience and privilege of taking their final exams via laptops using Examsoft. Examsoft is the same software used by the California Bar Examiners.

Examsoft software is currently available for IBM and compatible equipment. The minimum system requirements are as follows:

  • 200 Megahertz Pentium Processor or Industry equivalent
  • Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME,NT, 2000 9 Pro, or XP Home or Pro
  • 32 Megabytes of RAM
  • 30 Megabytes of free hard drive space and one internal or external floppy disk drive
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater
  • Internet connection is required to download SoftTest (AOL users must have AOL 6.0 or higher
  • Not compatible with Macintosh operating System

Important Notes
In order to take the California Bar exam on Examsoft, you must have used it while in law school.
