JD Tuition
Full time tuition rate – 12-16 credits $41,460 Part time tuition rate – 8-11 credits $33,000 Per credit rate - $1375 (less than 8 credits or more than 16 credits) Summer 2012 per credit rate - $1375

Examination Fee - $35.00 (per annum) Graduation Fee - $250.00 (one time only fee charged in the 2nd year of law school) Parking Fee – FT students: $150 (per semester); PT students: $75 (per semester) Student Bar Association Fee - $61.00 (per annum) ABA-LSD Fee -- $17.00 MBA AS Fee - $25.00 (JD/MBA students only) Overload Charge (over 16 credits) - $1375
Please note that any credits in excess of 16 will result in an overload charge of $1,375 per credit.

LL.M. Fees
Examination Fee - $35.00 (per annum; this fee does not apply to students enrolled in the LL.M. PROS program) *Graduation Fee - $100 (one time only fee) Parking Fee – FT students: $150 (per semester); PT students: $75 (per semester)

International Students Sickness Plan 3 - $1072 per year ($536 each semester) Health Services Center Fee - $244.00 per year ($122 each semester; mandatory)
Optional Student Health Insurance Basic Sickness Plan 1 - $380.00 per annum ($190 per semester) Comprehensive Sickness Plan 2 - $550.00 ($275 per semester) Health Services Center Fee $244.00 (required if purchasing student insurance) All students using the Health Services Center must purchase student insurance and submit a Health Record and Examination Form prior to their first semester of enrollment. The deadline to purchase Student Health Insurance is September 10.
Auditing Courses
Please be advised that auditing a class will result in a separate charge, and is not included within the student’s FT or PT rate. For example, if a student is taking 14 credits and decides to audit 2 of those credits, then the student will be billed the appropriate rate for 12 credits, and billed separately for 2 credits of audit rate.

Audit rates are based on the student's program regardless of the type of course taken.
Billing and Payment Deadlines
Fall 2011 tuition and fees are due by July 31, 2011* All tuition and billing is handled online through your Chapman WebAdvisor account. *payment for any charges not covered by financial aid

Course Fees
Certain courses require supplemental material. Your student account will be billed for the appropriate fee(s). Course supplement fees can be refunded up through the first week of classes only, even if approval to withdraw is subsequently granted, and only if the material is in good condition.
