Tax Appeals Assistance Program
Chapman University School of Law is pleased to announce its participation in the Tax Appeals Assistance Program, a project of the California State Board of Equalization to help low income tax payers appeal adverse state taxing authority decisions. Chapman is just one of four law schools in the state to be asked to take part in this exciting new pro bono program, giving our students an exceptional opportunity to represent clients, write and respond to appellate briefs, and even argue cases before the Board.
