How to Reserve a Study Room
There are 10 reservable study rooms located on the first and second floors of the law library. These rooms are for currently enrolled Chapman law students only and are for group use only. Single users may not reserve these rooms. Study rooms may be reserved one week in advance. Study rooms may be reserved for one 3 hour block per day, per group. Students may renew a room, or sign up for a new room, after their initial three hours if there is a room available and no one has signed up for it. Students may not make reservations for this extra time in advance. Room Descriptions
Markers and erasers are available for check out at the Circulation Desks. Video viewing machine is available for check out at the Circulation Desk.
At the time of your reservation you will receive an email with a link allowing you to cancel. Please be considerate and cancel any reservation you will not be using-- thank you! Please observe the following rules when using a group study room: 1. The library’s “No Food/Drinks in a Covered Mug” policy applies to these rooms. 2. These rooms are not soundproof. Keep the noise at a reasonable level. 3. Overdue fines are charged at the rate of .50 cents/hour. |
