External Scholarships

Many local bar associations, corporations, community groups, and fraternal organizations offer scholarships, grants and loans to students pursuing a law degree. Students are encouraged to research these opportunities by contacting such organizations directly or through the Internet.

The American Bar Association provides information on access to legal education and the official guide to ABA approved schools. In addition this site provides information on available scholarship resources.

All scholarships received by students must be reported to the Office of Financial Aid so that the award can be coordinated with any federal funds the student is receiving.
