B.A., New York University James Ransom has a B.A. from New York University, MA. from UCLA in English Literature, and a J.D. from USC, where he served as an instructor in legal research and writing. Prior to law school, he was a college professor of English. For the past ten years, he has been practicing at Kirkland & Ellis, now as a partner, representing clients in major class actions, unfair competition and false advertising claims. He will join us to teach sections of Civil Procedure, California Civil Procedure, and California Evidence. |
