Chapman University School of Law Dennis Sandoval is one of the only attorneys in California that has certifications in the three areas of estate planning, elder law and taxation. He is a California certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist and Taxation Law Specialist, and is a National Elder Law Foundation certified Elder Law attorney. He earned a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation Law, cum laude, from Golden Gate University College of Law, and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Western State University College of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton. Professor Sandoval serves as the Director of Education for the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, and is also a member of the National Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, where he serves on the steering committee for the Tax Law Special Interest Group and as Secretary for the Southern California Chapter. Dennis is also an active member of the Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside County Bar Associations. COURSES TAUGHT: Income Tax of Trusts, Estates & Beneficiaries, Post-Mortem Estate Planning. |
