Honorable Gale P. Hickman Chapman University School of Law
Commissioner Hickman is a retired Commissioner of the Orange County Superior Court where he presided over juvenile court, family law, and probate court cases. Presently, Commissioner Hickman has a solo practice and works in the area of private dispute resolution.
