Honorable W. Michael Hayes Chapman University School of Law
Judge Hayes is the Assistant Presiding Judge at the North Orange County Superior Court where he is assigned the felony arraignment/preliminary hearing calendar. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Hayes had a private law practice for 19 years primarily in the fields of family law and civil litigation, and also worked as a Reserve Officer with the Anaheim Police Department. Judge Hayes received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. COURSES TAUGHT: Trial Practice |
