Mr. Goodman is a named partner at Burkhalter Kessler Goodman & George LLP. Prior to establishing Burkhalter Kessler Goodman & George LLP, Mr. Goodman was the founding partner of the Goodman Law Group, a firm specializing in intellectual property law and related business matters. His practice focuses on transactions and litigation involving trademark, copyright, trade dress, trade secret, unfair competition, false advertising and contract disputes for Internet-based companies, manufacturers, retailers and distributors in the entertainment, fashion, sports, e-commerce, food products, finance and gift item industries. Mr. Goodman received his B.S. degree from Pepperdine University. He graduated with honors from Whittier Law School where he earned a certificate in intellectual property law, was a member of the Law Review and the Moot Court Honors Board and president of the Whittier Intellectual Property Organization and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. |
