Mr. Florman is a member of the Irvine, California firm, Berger Kahn. Since entering practice in 1989, Mr. Florman has represented large national, middle market, and emerging growth companies in a wide variety of corporate matters. Mr. Florman received his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Southwestern Law Review.
