William J. Caplan has been mediating on a full-time basis since 2001. He was previously a partner and is currently of counsel with Rutan & Tucker, LLP. He received both his B.A. and J.D. degrees from UCLA. He has also received Mediation Certificates from Harvard Law School, Pepperdine University Straus Institute and the Center for Community Mediation. |
