Mr. Burge is Of Counsel to Newport Beach firm of Newmeyer & Dillon, LLP, where he specializes in corporate law. Prior to joining Newmeyer & Dillon, Mr. Burge was a partner at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, and, before that, at Shephard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP. Mr. Burge received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law, where he was an editor on the California Law Review.
