Mr. Bishop, the former California Commissioner of Corporations, is an attorney in the Corporate/Business Practices group at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, in Irvine, California. His practice emphasizes Federal and State securities laws, public and private offerings, corporate maintenance, investment advisers, mergers and acquisitions and California administrative law.
