Robb Adkins Chapman University School of Law
Robb Adkins is the Chief U.S. Attorney in Orange County, California, and has had a primary focus on corporate and securities fraud cases. Mr. Adkins served as a trial attorney on the Enron Task Force, prosecuting Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling, as well as the separate trial solely against Kenneth Lay on bank fraud charges, delivering opening statement and closing argument, resulting in conviction on all counts. Mr. Adkins has been named one of the top 20 attorneys in California under the age of 40 and he has received the Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Service, the highest commendation presented by the Department of Justice. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University, and received his law degree from Georgetown University, where he served as the Publications Editor of The Tax Lawyer. After graduating law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. |
