Stuart Einbinder Chapman University School of Law
Mr. Einbinder is a partner with the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, where he practices in the areas of a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, and in administrative and ADR proceedings. He also has substantial experience representing clients in complex transactional matters. Stuart has particular expertise in the areas of construction, real estate, commercial transactions, energy, insurance, and government contracting. On the litigation side, he has extensively litigated construction scope, delay and defect claims, breach of contract disputes, product liability issues, bid protests, RICO issues, business torts, fraud claims, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Einbender received his J.D. magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from University of California, Hastings College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from University of California Santa Barbara. |
