Symplicity

In 2005, we proudly unveiled our web based program called "Symplicity." It is extremely easy to use and dramatically simplifies the job searching process for students, as well as the posting process for employers.

Each student can create their very own student profile. You can attach your resume, writing sample and transcripts. Employers will be able to quickly search through student’s resumes with the student’s permission.

With the Resume Books feature, by clicking "Yes" under the "Privacy" tab of your Profile section, you can give employers access to your resume within these Resume Books that they can peruse online. CSPDO also distributes hard copy bound resume books as well as CDs to limited employers in the southern California area. Before you make your resume accessible through the Resume Book, be sure to have it reviewed by CSPDO!

Symplicity is packed with all kinds of additional information; all of the Career Services and Professional Development Office’s events are listed in the Calendar and Workshop sections. All of the open jobs received from employers are posted on Symplicity as well. All the information you need to know to schedule and interview during On Campus Interviewing is just a mouse click away. Get started now!
