Students participate in legal clinics that benefit the community and externships that do the same. With certificate programs in Entertainment, Taxation, Land Use/Real Estate/Environmental Law and Advocacy/Dispute Resolution, and Orange County's only accredited JD/MBA program, graduates are leaving these classrooms with the skills necessary to immediately begin work.Chapman Law students are also being trained by the best; faculty include former Clerks to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist, as well as U.S. Supreme Court Justices John Paul Stevens and Clarence Thomas. They have been educated at Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Duke, Michigan, UCLA, USC, Pennsylvania, and Chicago to name a few. Chapman Law graduates are already proving themselves in the working world as emerging leaders in the community. Over half of recent graduates are employed in private practice, while approximately 20% work in business. Several have obtained Federal and State Judicial Clerkships in California, Nevada, and Washington.
