Town & Gown is a nonprofit group of community residents, business leaders, alumni, parents and grandparents of Chapman students, Chapman faculty and staff, as well as other friends of the university. Founded in 1968, it serves as a vital link between the university (gown) and the community (town) by sharing information about Chapman and offering academic and social programs, such as Lunch at the Forum, to both on- and off-campus groups.
| The Fashionable Women of Chapman The Fashionables, now known as The Fashionable Women of Chapman, Partners in Education, is an organization strongly dedicated to a program of service to Chapman University. The group was founded as a women’s organization in 1971. Gifts from The Fashionable Women of Chapman have been designated for student scholarships, and various programs and facilities including the Schweitzer Institute, Fish Interfaith Center, Leatherby Libraries and Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Proceeds from their annual “Christmas at The Ritz” benefit and membership dues have totaled over $2 million to Chapman University. At the present time, they have completed a $1 million pledge to the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts and have begun a $1 million endowment for film school student scholarships.
| President's Circle Society — A Chapman Tradition The President’s Circle is a community of generous alumni, parents and friends who share in Chapman University’s dedication to teaching, research and discovery by supporting these core commitments with leadership annual gifts. This is a wonderful way for alumni to stay connected with their alma mater and to continue to have an impact on the directions the university takes. | Law Partners in Excellence Contributions to the Chapman University School of Law The Amicus Fund is the unrestricted annual fund that enhances the achievements of Chapman University School of Law's talented student body and faculty. Annual fund contributions provide the law school with flexibility in directing resources where they are most needed, such as student scholarships, faculty recruitment and retention, library and computer resources, and facility maintenance.
