How to Give

Pledge – Making a pledge enables you to spread out a gift commitment over a defined period of years. Working with a Chapman development director, donors can designate pledge amounts, time and how the gift is to be used.

Cash – The simplest way to make a cash gift is to mail a check made payable to Chapman University. Mail it to Chapman University, Gift Recorder, One University Drive, Orange, CA 92866.

Securities – By giving stocks and bonds you may receive tax benefits. To discuss a gift of securities, please contact University Advancement at (714) 997-6955.

Property – Gifts of property that comply with the university’s real estate policy are welcome. Please contact University Advancement at (714) 997-6955.

In-Kind – Gifts such as art, books, furnishings, equipment, technology, and more are considered gifts in-kind. Call the University Advancement office at (714) 997-6955 for assistance.
