Minor in Nutrition
The nutrition minor is especially suited for biology, chemistry, pre-med, pre-health, and athletic training students who wish to receive a good foundation in nutrition. It also prepares students to pursue a MS in Food Science.
The minor in nutrition requires at least 20 credits of which at least 9 must be upper-division.
