Building Safety Inspections
Facilities Management quarterly performs a comprehensive workplace inspection to identify and evaluate potential safety and health hazards. This task is performed through scheduled safety preventive maintenance (PM) work orders making use of Facilities Management computerized maintenance management system (CMSS).  If necessary, follow-up corrective PM work orders are issued to correct any potential hazards.
