Managing fixed assets is a function of Financial Services. We are located at 633 W Palm. Hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Individual departments are charged with stewardship responsibility for the capital and non-capital equipment under their control.  Ownership of the University equipment is vested in Chapman University and not in any specific unit or department regardless of whether the equipment was purchased with University funds, funded by grants or donated by a private individual or organization. 

Any activity regarding computer equipment must be reviewed by Computer Services at (714) 997-6600.  For University College Campuses, please contact Roger Lane at (714) 628-7351 (regarding fixed asset transfers and disposals).
