Strategic Planning and Execution

Dr. Turk used a number of case-studies to highlight the importance of creating an entrupreneurial environment in organizations. Five key elements of entrepeurial management were discussed: Vision, Incentives, Information and Knowledge, Values and Talent, and Decision Rights. Participants also learned:

  • How entrpreneurial leadership could increase an organization's effectiveness and profitability
  • How to create and maintain an "ownership" perspective
  • The five keys to transforming leaders at every level into entrepreneurs
  • How to unleash initiative by assigning responsibilities effectively
