Cale mixes rumba, flamenco and classical guitar, setting it apart from other Latin music. Based out of Los Angeles, Cale delivers a high-energy performance that will have you swooning to the soothing instrumentals or dancing a spicy rumba on the dance-floor. After six years together, Cale has mixed the right musical recipe, appealing to a diverse crowd with different rhythmic tastes. The band's portfolio expresses its blend of traditional and modern sounds, where rumba and flamenco speak from its first album, "Vente Conmigo" and pop, rock and funk elements are found in its latest album, "Nachas de Mala Vida."
The
a cappella group’s renditions of timeless doo-wop classics and their zany
banter make them a fan favorite in the university’s Free Family Friendly Summer
Concert. The Alley Cats bring the same level of contagious and uplifting energy
to every show, whether entertaining the president at the White House, or
“edutaining” students in their nationally recognized arts education program.
