Headshot of Giulio OngaroWelcome to the College of Performing Arts at Chapman University!

We strive to cultivate a vibrant atmosphere that combines abundant possibilities for scholarship, creativity, free expression and intellectual curiosity with real world experience.  At Chapman, CoPA students are the core of everything we do: you will have the opportunity to study with our passionate and dedicated faculty, and be provided exceptional performance opportunities in numerous facilities on-campus, including our newest state-of-the-art performance hall, Musco Center for the Arts.  Musco Center boasts an intimate seating chamber with 1,044 seats on three levels and a full-scale stagehouse capable of grand spectacle or lush symphonic sound with its unique orchestral shell in place.

I am thrilled and humbled by what the College has already achieved, but I believe we can never rest on our laurels and we must always aim higher. Anything less is a disservice to our excellent students, alumni, and faculty.

We welcome you to visit campus, enjoy performances from the Departments of Dance, Theatre and the Hall-Musco Conservatory of Music, and learn how you can find yourself at Chapman.  We can't wait to meet you!
