Remote Assistance: Owner's Computer Once Connected

Once the Technical Assistant has connected, this window will appear. In it are the abilities to end the assistants control, send a file, start talking in real time, settings, dissconnect, and Help.

In the box, "Message Entry" you can chat with the assistant to solve the problem.

If the problem persists, then the assistant can take control of the computer to try and solve the problem.

When they take control, this gives them complete control of your computer. They can do anything, start programs, delete files, etc...

As the window here states, control can be ended at any time by pressing the "Esc" key.

When you want the assistant to take control, click on the"Yes" button.

Then in "Chat History" there will be a message, stating that the assistant has taken control of the computer, and how to end that control if you so wish.

Once either one of the users has pressed the "Esc" key, this message will appear.

When either user decides to end the session, they just click on "Disconnect".
